Cancellation Policy
Please make sure to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment.
Any client who is not on time for their appointment risks not receiving their service and being charged 50% of the service total to the authorized card on file.
Cancellations made 12 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service total to the authorized card on file. This includes appointments where the client is a no-show.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours or more before a scheduled appointment via our website will be processed without a penalty.
